Connecting Commerce with Community

Connecting Commerce with Community Participants
Looking to give back to the community you love, tap into the many business resources offered by your local Chamber of Commerce, expand your reach, and generate awareness for your business? We have the perfect program for you – Connecting Commerce with Community. This alliance of the Highland Park Chamber of Commerce (Chamber), a 501(c)(6) organization, and the Highland Park Community Foundation (HPCF), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, will drive greater investments into the local community, provide businesses with a vast array of benefits, and improve the quality of life for residents.
The Need
Highland Park is often described as an affluent North Shore suburb. While there are many in the community of significant means, there are also residents who face daily challenges. These run the gamut from food and housing insecurity, lack of access to quality childcare services, mental health issues, seniors needing help with daily routines and transportation, and more.
How It Works
Any new or existing Chamber member that partners with the HPCF as Corporate Sponsor at one of five levels automatically becomes part of this program. In doing so, they will receive robust benefits from both organizations. As significantly, local businesses will help nurture children, strengthen families, assist older adults, support individuals with disabilities, develop leadership skills and academic confidence in teens, enhance artistic experiences, and more.
HPCF Sponsor Benefits
There are additional sponsorship benefits based on level of support, but all sponsors receive recognition across numerous marketing and communication channels, logo placement on dedicated page of website, special mention in annual Impact Report, social media promotions, press release and eNews shout outs.
HP Chamber Benefits
Increased visibility and reach through the Chamber’s social media channels, weekly newsletter and listing on the Chamber’s website, sponsorship and advertising opportunities which includes a promotional ad on Ravinia Festivals 20+ digital kiosks, exclusive networking, educational and advocacy events, professional development, and much more.
